Or at least made accusations on inadequate evidence.

I accused my ISP of keyword scanning, because they reported a complaint about some of my stuff, which was the kind of complaint that it seemed to me that only a keyword scanner would make, and because the person on the phone blamed the computer, and was unfamiliar with the material.

But, of course, humans are capable of being as stupid as keyword scanners.  My ISP insists that it has followed standard procedure, and standard procedure is all human.  It appears, therefore, most likely that this is individual human stupidity, not stupidity produced with the speed and the efficiency of which only computers are capable.
